🧭 What to bring and what not to forget for your adventure:
🦟 Use only ecological repellent (sold at Mil Cascadas).
🎒 Small backpack for personal items (extra clothes, small towel).
👕 Swimsuit, shorts, and long-sleeved lycra shirt (dries faster).
☀️ Sunscreen is not allowed. Wear protective clothing: long sleeves and Lycra or dry-fit leggings.
👟 Appropriate footwear: sneakers that you can get wet, water shoes , or hiking boots.
🚫 NO Crocs, NO houndstooth sandals.👟👟 Bring two pairs of tennis shoes or non-slip shoes (one dry, one wet).
💇♀️ If you have long hair, wear sturdy hair bands to keep it secure.
👓 If you wear glasses, wear an adjustable strap so you don't lose them.
😴 Get a good night's sleep the night before . You'll need energy for the ride!
