π§ What to bring and what not to forget for your adventure:
π¦ Use only ecological repellent (sold at Mil Cascadas).
π Small backpack for personal items (extra clothes, small towel).
π Swimsuit, shorts, and long-sleeved lycra shirt (dries faster).
βοΈ Sunscreen is not allowed. Wear protective clothing: long sleeves and Lycra or dry-fit leggings.
π Appropriate footwear: sneakers that you can get wet, water shoes , or hiking boots.
π« NO Crocs, NO houndstooth sandals.ππ Bring two pairs of tennis shoes or non-slip shoes (one dry, one wet).
πββοΈ If you have long hair, wear sturdy hair bands to keep it secure.
π If you wear glasses, wear an adjustable strap so you don't lose them.
π΄ Get a good night's sleep the night before . You'll need energy for the ride!
